1 lb. bacon, cooked but still soft
4 eggs, well beaten
¼ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1⁄8 tsp. celery salt
Pepper
5 slices of Garlic Basil millet bread
Bacon fat

lb. Colby cheese, crumbled

cups milk
Grease a 10” square glass baking dish with bacon
fat. Spread the bread on the bottom. Spread the bacon over the bread and
up the sides. Sprinkle the cheese over the bacon. Mix the eggs and the
rest of the ingredients and pour over the cheese. Bake at 400F for 30-40
mins. until browned.
