Pen set-up August 2008
The sides of the pen are 40' of 4' x 1" chicken wire. The posts are 4'
plastic step-in posts. The wire is tied to the posts at 10' intervals,
with a post at each end. The ends are tied together to form a 90
angle corner. (post in front of perimeter post, left side)
One side was made shorter with a gate section completing it. Each
corner is guyed with a small metal pigtail step-in post with double
spikes. (lower left side) There is also a guy on the middle post
of each side. (right center)
To move, untie the corners, pull up the posts and lay flat, then
drag to new position. Stand them up and sight across the posts
to get them straight, and push them in. Retie corners, then guy
the key places.
