We hadn’t had anything resembling a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in many years. We’re not very fond of turkey. But this year we were given a quality fresh bird in exchange for cooking the rest of the meal and inviting the friend buying the turkey. She took the rest of the turkey home with her. Worked for us!! (Check out the white outside the window!)
