Babalooey July 1985
David saw some mini donkeys and was quite taken with them. We heard about a mini out on the Cape living in terrible conditions. So we drove out and rescued him. He was an intact jack and came with no name. He was in very bad condition when we got him, but soon improved with good care and feeding. He was usually very gentle and easily handled, except for vet visits. He rolled a lot, as a form of bug control. We guessed he was about 18 this year.
