Butchershop - the bay window September 2010
This window came from the Maternity floor at the hospital. When the floor was renovated, these windows were being destroyed for scrap. They were copper clad and ¼” thick glass, with casement windows on the side. David managed to save this one.
We built a window seat under it back when this room was the tackroom. The windows open in, and there’s a Venetian blind to block the sun in summer. It looks out on the layers pen on the right, and one of the cow turnouts on the left.
We used whiteboard for most of this, and the white paint for trim areas.
