1 cup peach applesauce
1 cup milk
6 eggs
¼
tsp. nutmeg
½
tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F. Whip the ingredients together in a blender and
pour into 8”
x 11” glass
baking dish. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg. Place in large baking pan
filled with 1”
of hot water. Bake for 45 mins. or until custard has set. Cool and
refrigerate.
You can substitute 1½
cups of blended pears or apples, or add 1½
cups of whole blueberries after blending.
