Simple construction: 1/2 of a 4" PVC pipe 4' long, 2 shaped wooden ends screwed in place, a 4' 1/2" dowel loosely screwed between the ends so it spins, (2) 30" pieces of chain and 2 hooks to hang it from. Easy to build easy to clean, easy to adjust the height as they grow.
