Home		The Farm Stand opens in mid April and will offer organically raised eggs, greens, and seedlings. Later in the year we will have picked while you wait vegetables, cut your own herbs, and cut flowers. For a listing of seedlings for sale click here. Here's the scoop on our fresh eggs. The hens are fed ocean fish to raise the omega 3's and provide animal protein. They also get an alfalfa mash made with whey to raise the beta carotene for deep orange yolks, daily year round. In season they have access to grass and forbs, and are fed greens (mesclun, kale, Swiss chard, spinach) from the garden. The eggs are not graded. Home
